Couples counselling
A steadier place to talk, listen, and understand the patterns that keep getting in the way of feeling close.
A thoughtful place to begin
Support shaped around the real picture.
Couples counselling helps partners move beyond the same arguments and begin to hear what is underneath them. The work is collaborative and balanced, making space for both people while focusing on communication, trust, repair, and meaningful change.
Who it is for
- Partners at any stage of a relationship
- Communication difficulties, recurring conflict, or disconnection
- Couples navigating change, betrayal, parenting, separation, or rebuilding trust
How sessions work
- Usually 60- or 75-minute sessions
- Face-to-face in the North East and West of England
- Video sessions available across England where suitable

Clear enough to plan around.
Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly. We will agree whether a focused block of sessions or longer-term support is the best fit, with regular reviews so the work stays useful.
